Solon defends Duterte threat to ban OFW deployment to UAE

President Rodrigo Duterte can impose a total deployment ban of overseas Filipino workers to United Arab Emirates if he deems it necessary, ACTS OFW party-list Representative John Bertiz III said Wednesday.
