The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the indictment of businesswoman Janet Napoles in the cases involving the alleged misuse of pork barrel allotments of former Cagayan de Oro Rep. Constantino Jaraula and former Benguet Rep. Samuel Dangwa.
