Sandiganbayan denies house, hospital arrest bid of 71-year-old retired cop

The Sandiganbayan has denied the petition of a 71-year-old retired policeman for either a house or hospital detention after he was found guilty of graft over the alleged non-existent purchase of combat equipment in the 1990s.
