Requirement to attend VP Binay’s TSONA sparks spokesmen’s debate

The camp of Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday indicated that the Aquino administration could be implementing an undeclared martial law after the presidential spokesman sought an explanation from the Cavite State University why students were required to attend and listen to the opposition leader’s alternative state of the nation address on Monday.
