Poe: MMDA’s proposed 2-day coding a ‘knee-jerk reaction,’ to benefit only a few

Senator Grace Poe on Wednesday opposed the proposal of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to implement a two-day number coding scheme, calling it a ‘knee-jerk reaction” that would only benefit a few.
