Poe camp to seek dismissal of David complaint based on SET ruling

The camp of Senator Grace Poe on Friday said they will be seeking the dismissal of the disqualification case filed by defeated senatorial candidate Rizalito David on the ground of the Senate Electoral Tribunal’s decision favoring the lawmaker.
