PHL-Kuwait talks on OFW protection to resume in Manila

Officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will resume negotiations with Kuwait for an ideal labor agreement to protect OFWs, especially household service workers.
