Party-lists cry vote manipulation amid pleas in SC, Manila prosec's office

Amid separate pleas before the Supreme Court and the Manila Prosecutor’s Office over alleged tampering in the May poll servers, two party-list groups have also claimed vote manipulation in the sectoral elections last May 9.
