Palace: Kian’s death a challenge against reckless exercise of power

The slay of 17-year-old Kian Loyd delos Santos during an anti-illegal drugs operation in Caloocan City has become a ‘challenge’ to law enforcement officers to be more cautious of a heedless exercise of authority, Malacañang said on Saturday.
