Nine high-profile inmates, some of whom had implicated Senator Leila De Lima in the illegal drug trade in the national penitentiary, were transferred back to Building 14 of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Friday following a directive from Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.
