Ex-DENR exec charged for failing to account for P100,000 cash advances

The Office of the Ombudsman has filed criminal charges against the former undersecretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) over his alleged failure to settle cash advances received in 1999 and 2000 amounting to P104,238.
