The arraignment of several respondents in the P900-million Malampaya fund scam, including Camarines Sur Representative Rolando Andaya Jr., Masui City, Lanao del Sur Mayor Nasser Pangandaman, and alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles, has been reset anew.
