Agriculture exec files substitute COC to run for Maguindanao-Cotabato City House seat

Agriculture Undersecretary Bai Ranibai Dilangalen on Monday filed her certificate of candidacy (COC) for a seat in the House of Representatives representing Maguindanao’s first district, which includes Cotabato City.
